Personal Training Monthly Plan

This plan includes:

  • Intake assessment
  • Full fitness program designed by your Certified Personal Trainer, including full body workouts, cardio, stretching and active rest
  • Narrated video demonstrations for every exercise 
  • Certified Personal Trainer to monitor your progress, adjust workouts, answer any fitness questions you have and encourage you

1-on-1 Live Video Coaching

Live video coaching is the next level up in fitness coaching. These sessions can used for more in depth consultation/assessment purposes  or to have your trainer supervise and push you in your workout. Some people more than others need the real-time feedback to know if they are doing things correctly or keep them on track. These sessions can be purchased individually on an as needed basis or incorporated into either of the monthly plans in any frequency desired.
